We want you to love your purchase from outfitbright.com! If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Eligibility

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
  • Final sale items (marked “Final Sale” at checkout) cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Personalized or monogrammed items are final sale.

How to Return

  1. Visit OutfitBright.com to initiate your return.
  2. Follow the instructions to generate a return label.
  3. Pack your items securely and attach the label.
  4. Drop off your package at a carrier location.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of receiving your return.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are subject to availability. If your desired item is out of stock, we’ll issue a refund instead.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for assistance.

International Returns
International orders are final sale and cannot be returned.
